Project Summary:

Working closely with Lyn Atelier Architects, we are proud to have delivered this highly creative, innovative and truly agile working environment. The project was completed on budget and schedule, over 3 phases with the client in occupation throughout.

The project was established to create space for a new travel tech incubator within the L&P existing offices by maximising space utilisation around an agile working solution. The L&P team have embraced the new working processes and structure entirely. The result is a more collaborative, vibrant and efficient working environment with 200 staff utilising only 105 workstation positions and enjoying additional facilities such as a café, breakout booths, quiet zones, collaboration spaces and enhanced meeting room facilities, the inclusion of the incubator (35 seats), all within the same foot print, completes the remarkable transformation of space.
